Currently, we make vegan (plant-based) bakes, cakes and cookies. We do gluten-free cakes and cookies as well. Please note that our kitchen handles nuts and sesame.

During production, we take precautions to s0 that the nut-free products remain nut-free. However our kitchen handle nuts and we cannot guarantee that our products are 100% nut free.
Our products do not contain alcohol.
Our cookies have a shelf life of 4 to 8 weeks from the date of shipping. Please store them in air-tight containers. They can also be frozen. Items like cakes and pasties can keep for 5 to 7 days from date of shipping, and about 7 to 10 days in the fridge. These can also be frozen.

Orders are normally shipped via Royal mail. Sometimes we might change the shipping method if it means it will reach you faster.
There is free postage above a certain amount. Please refer to the shop notice.
Postal boxes are not included in the free shipping as these are sent to individual addressess.
Postal boxes purchases need to be ordered individually.
Orders can be collected in LE9 or in mutually agreed locations, like during Farmers Markets or events where we have a presence. Remember to leave a note in your order if you want to collect during event days. Kindly note that orders not collected will not be refunded as they are perishables.
As the items are perishables, we do not do refunds or exchange.
