We hand make all out products. Once we receive your order, we will start processing it. As the orders are made to order, it will be shipped in about 2 to 3 business days. For example, any orders received before 1pm Monday – Friday will be dispatched 2 days later. If you place your order after 1pm on Friday it will be dispatched the following Monday/Tuesday.
Orders are not shipped out on Saturdays and Sundays to avoid the package being idle in the post office or courier depot.
We ship within the UK only. We do not currently deliver internationally.

We cannot be held responsible for late standard 2nd class deliveries if the order has been dispatched by us on time. The same applies if weather conditions cause a delay.
We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order. We use the Royal Mail Calculator that comes with their app. Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.
The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade to order. Shape. colour and size do vary.
Products are sold by pieces. The weights given ( if any) indicative only.
Storing and Heating instructions are available for the respective products and can be found on the product page and packaging.
Custom orders or large quantity orders can have a lengthier processing time. Ask us for details.
If you have any queries about your order, please contact us as soon as you can so that we can sort out the issue with you. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you alternative solutions.
