It contains walnuts and ginger.

The dry ingredients are provided and you just need carrots and some 3 other ingredients. So, there is no need to go shopping. There is ginger powder in there. This is because not many people have fresh ginger lying around their kitchen. If you are fond of ginger, you may add an extra ½ teaspoon of chopped fresh ginger.
